Nevada Congressman Steven Horsford recently visited constituents at Opportunity Village’s North Campus and held a one-hour round-table discussion for nearly 30 adults with disabilities.
Horsford, who represents Nevada’s Fourth Congressional District and is a Las Vegas native, discussed several key topics and issues within the disability community in Southern Nevada including: housing, transportation, social security and disability funding, and healthcare needs.
Clients shook hands and took pictures with the Congressman after the open discussion.
