We have been looking forward to connecting with all of our OV family members at this year’s OV Family Picnic — celebrating your hard work, and sharing our vision for building family engagement together. Unfortunately, due to the growing concerns around Coronavirus (COVID- 19), and out of an abundance of caution, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the March 21st OV Family Picnic.
Given the occurrences of community spread of Coronavirus (COVID- 19, we believe it is our responsibility to take steps that help to inhibit, rather than accelerate, the spread of the virus. One such step is to reconsider and reduce the number of upcoming events that bring together, in close proximity, large numbers of attendees, particularly those who are medically fragile or vulnerable to infection.
This was not an easy call to make. The OV Family Picnic is very important to us. However, the health and safety of our OV Family remains our highest priority.
The OV Family Picnic will now be rescheduled for September 26th, 2020. We will share additional details in the coming months. In the meantime, thank you all for your patience and understanding.
